  • Password (stored as a hash; never in plain text)
  • IP address and connection logs for security and anti-cheat purposes
  • In-game activity, character data, and chat logs
  • Payment processor transaction IDs for donations (we never see or store your card details)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain your account and the game.
  • To process donations and grant Mall Points.
  • To detect cheating, fraud, and violations of our terms.
  • To respond to support tickets.
  • To send important account or service notifications.

3. Third Parties

Payment processing is handled by Stripe and PayPal. They process your payment data under their own privacy policies. We may also use third-party hosting providers and image upload services to operate the website. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account and gameplay data is retained as long as your account is active. Logs related to security and anti-cheat may be kept for up to 12 months. You may request account deletion via a support ticket.

6. Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by opening a support ticket. Note that deletion of game accounts removes characters, inventory, and Mall Points permanently and is not reversible.

7. Children's Privacy

Sky ROSE Online is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no service is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
